Judith B. Ward, CFP®
Judith Ward is a senior financial planner and vice president with T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Among her many responsibilities, which include developing financial planning related products and services as well as web based tools and calculators, Judith provides guidance on a broad range of investment-related issues.
In addition, she is a frequent contributor to T. Rowe Price publications, and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Money magazine, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, CNNMoney.com and various other national news organizations and websites.
A mother of two grown children, Judith is passionate about educating young adults about personal finance fundamentals. She is an advisory board member for her local high school's Academy of Finance and participates in many personal finance discussions with high school and college aged students.
Judith joined T. Rowe Price in 1983. Prior to her current position, she was an investment analyst in the Fixed Income Group specializing in asset allocation portfolios. Judith received her B.A. in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation and is a Series 65 and 7 registered representative.
Roger A. Young, CFP®
Roger Young is a senior financial planner with T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Roger is a subject matter expert helping develop and articulate T. Rowe Price’s perspectives on retirement and personal finance topics. He partners with teams across the firm to create new content and tools to help individual and institutional clients achieve their financial goals and has been quoted in the national media.
A father of three, Roger actively supports organizations that benefit young people. He participated in Junior Achievement (JA) as a high school student and now serves on the board of directors for JA of Central Maryland.
Roger joined T. Rowe Price in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of financial roles. Previously, he was a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, implementing financial advisory solutions for individuals and small businesses. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Investor & Media Relations at Black & Decker. Roger has two Masters of Science degrees, in Manufacturing & Operations Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and in Operations Research & Statistics from University of Maryland. He also has a BBA in Accounting from Loyola College. He has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation and is a Series 66 and 7 registered representative.
